  • Fish - 3 No.Piece , Grated Mawa- 2 tablespoon, Mustard paste,- 2 tablespoon, Khas khas paste- 1 tablespoon, coconut paste- 1 tablespoon, Cude - 1 tablespoon. Haldi - 1/2 teaspoon , chilli powder - 1 tablespoon, Green chilli - 3 Nos. , sugar - 1 teaspoon, salt to taste and Mustard oil-1 tablespoon.

Directions

  • 1 step - Wash the fish well and clean it from inside. Cut into darne. Sprinkle salt and half of the turmeric powder. Make a smooth paste of mustard seed, one green chill. Khas khas. Coconut. and. Salt. Step -2: Take a pressure cooker. Add three cups of water and place a ring in it. Step -3 ; Take a pan and place the fish in it and place the pan on the ring in the pressure cooker. Add remembering turmeric powder and prepared paste , Cude, Mawa. step -4 ; Apply paste liberally on fish. Pour mustard oil on top. Adjust seasoning. Cover with lid and steam for 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish with Grated Mawa and whole green chillis. Serve hot.
